The location is perfect, slap bang in the middle on the old town. Easy walk from everything. The lovely lady at the front desk is amazing! Not only is she a fountain of knowledge about what to do and where to go, but she genuinely cares that you enjoyed your time. She's very proud of Aragon and Zaragoza she makes a wonderful ambassador and she has the patience and excellent English. i couldn't have asked for anymore kindness and help. Thank you Motorbike parking was brilliant, just a few doors down but part of the hotel with access to the locked garage through reception. Ideal stop for bikers! Well done 🙏

Room is quite spacious and very clean. Wi-Fi is working. Enough power sockets to use. Not sure does the aircon works, but no issue as there's cold air entering from the window. Bed is comfortable, though I prefer the larger type of pillow. Outside noise is manageable as long as the windows are closed. The reception staff are very friendly, and assist in getting us a taxi prior to our very early check-out the next day. Quite value for money compared to some other properties mearby, considering it's in a great location, just next to the pedestrian street with a variety of restaurants and cafes, and close proximity to various sights in the city.

Hotel is near to old town. You can go every historical places by walk. About in 400 m, there is a lot of place to eat and drink. Room is same what in booking website is described. Cleanings is good. Beds are good enough. We wanted kettle for hot water, they offer kettle in restaurant which is open 24 hours. It is a good solution.

The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were especially friendly and accommodating—a real highlight of my stay. I also really appreciated that they looked after my bag for the entire day, which made my travel logistics much smoother not having to carry my backpack all day around.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. Steps away from the main pedestrian area and the Basilica plus a 3 minute walk to El Tubo. The elevator was appreciated. I booked a double/twin room which was a good size and very clean. This is an older style hotel so you must manage expectations - for example, it does not have duvet style bedding and the furniture has chips and bumps but it was a very comfortable room.

Location is great, walking distance to El Tubo and Pilar. Staff were all lovely. Had everything I needed. Design of the place is a little old school but that's part of the charm.

The location of the hotel is the best- just 2 min walk to the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, 5 min walk to the central square and the river, marketplace and Roman walls, and max 15-20 min walk to all other key sights (palace, bullring etc). The staff is very friendly!

Large spacious double room. Safe and secure and cleaning service efficient. Location superb...exactly 4 minutes walk to Plaza del Nuestra Senora de Pilar and most attractions within walking distance

Brilliant location in the heart of the old town. Clean and perfectly adequate for a short break. Breakfast was basic continental but it did the job, if you want cooked breakfast then there's plenty of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep.
